Tuesday, June 1st, 2010

The unknown woman to me walks just outside the main building of Kokusai Forum in Tokyo. Points and lights walked along with her.

Window washer wore, 2010.

Tuesday, June 1st, 2010

Not sure why the window washer wore a patch over his eye, but it would be rude to ask, and a bit dangerous.

The peanut of goal, 2009.

Tuesday, June 1st, 2010

This is a peanut all split apart as all peanuts are intended (to be).

Just like in real, 2010.

Blue on both sides didn’t help matters. Fortunately, there was gold to set the standard – just like in real, honest to goodness life.

Once the ice melted, 2010.

Wednesday, May 12th, 2010

Once the ice melted, the man stepped out into the hot Summer day and exclaimed, “Wow, it sure is a hot day!” Everyone wondered why he wanted to talk about the weather.

Something subtly spiced, 2010.

Wednesday, May 12th, 2010

Satoko orders something subtly spiced at En in Jiyugaoka. The moment must be caught digitally. Blurry, depicting movement, stretching the light so the dish is understood, and enjoyed.

Satoko is lovely. She likes to step in front of the sun. She likes movies. She is lovely.

Always a red purse, 2010.

Wednesday, May 12th, 2010

There’s always a red purse. Even in black and white movies. Something about a red purse that keeps thieves away. Perhaps they think someone will sell it on eBay. That’s how thieves think.

Dr. Yellow, the yellow Shinkansen, 2010.

Wednesday, May 12th, 2010

Dr. Yellow, the yellow Shinkansen that brings luck when you see it. I saw it with Dzakye on April 5, 2010 as we stood atop the Kokusai Forum in Ginza, Tokyo. Lucky us!

It really puts, 2010.

One of my favorites so far. It really puts the Côtes into du Roussillon, if you know what I mean.

Bottom of the glass of a Pinot Noir I drank with Dzakye and Satoko at a coolio Japanese restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo April 5, 2010. Dzakye’s Cabernet was the hit of the evening though. We all ordered a glass of that after our first glass. Dzakye can really pick ‘em.

Wednesday, May 12th, 2010

La Chasse du Pape Reserve Côtes du Rhone is a fine French wine. I enjoyed it. I’ll enjoy it again.

They walk and they breath. The sakura watchers participate because they’re there. The ground supports them.
